OFFICIAL RULES from 2024 Hadi Shrine 50/50 Raffle Promoter/Sponsor of this Hadi Shriners 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”) is Hadi Temple Association, Inc. with an address of 6 Walnut Street P.O. Box 1 Evansville, IN 47708. All entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Official Rules by Hadi Temple Association, Inc... and by all other decisions of Hadi Temple Association, Inc. including resolution of disputes in connection with this Raffle, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to all applicable Indiana laws and regulations, specifically, to the provisions of Indiana Code governing charity gaming, found at Indiana Code section 4-32.3, as well as to oversite by the Indiana Gaming Commission. ENTRY PERIOD Raffle tickets can be purchased during the following timeframes (the "Entry Period"): Friday, May 26, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. CT through Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. CT. NO RAFFLE TICKETS FOR THE 2024 50/50 RAFFLE WILL BE SOLD AFTER 6:00 PM ON Saturday, June 22, 2024. WINNER SELECTION One winner will be selected randomly utilizing the Ascend state-certified raffle software at 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 22, 2024. The winning raffle ticket number will be posted on all Hadi Shriners social media pages, website, and released to the media. Winner need not be present when the winner is announced to win. PRIZE CLAIM In order to claim a prize, the winner should call the following number (812-423-4285) or email the following email address (50-50@hadihalfpot.com) and provide contact information so a Hadi Shriners representative can get back with them to make arrangements to meet with them at the Hadi Shrine office located at 6 Walnut Street in Evansville, IN, or an alternate agreed upon location. The winning ticket and valid ID should be brought to that meeting and additional information on how to claim the prize will be provided. The winner must contact the Hadi Temple Association, Inc in the above-described manner within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period, by close of business on July 22, 2024, in order to receive more information on how to claim the prize. The holder of a winning ticket must provide Hadi Temple Association with all information required to claim a prize (including tax identification information). In the event: (i) that the winner does not contact Hadi Temple Association within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period (by close of business on July 22, 2024); (ii) that the winner is ruled ineligible for any reason; or (iii) that the winner declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and will be retained by Hadi Temple Association. Hadi Temple Association has no obligation to contact potential winners. Hadi Temple Association, its members, or any of its entities are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of winner information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen or misdirected winner information. Winners will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility attesting to the fact that he/she is 18 years of age or older, as well as other terms and conditions as designated by Hadi Temple Association.
